About Jenny

Education is filled with obstacles. Teachers and students frequently feel stuck, limited, and defined by circumstances, opinions, and thoughts that are not necessarily truth. Past performance, miscommunication, and the opinions of others can wreak havoc on their confidence and success.

A keynote speaker, educator, and story reframer, Jenny helps people rethink the way they see challenges—and themselves. With 28 years in education, she has worked across public and private schools in a unique blend of communication, theatre, and mathematics classrooms. She understands how quickly students can become defined by grades, labels, and other people’s expectations. She sees how teachers can feel undervalued and unappreciated. She sees how leaders can feel pressured and misunderstood. And then those stories undermine and quietly shape confidence, behavior, and success. But that’s not the full story...

we just need a new LENS to make educational success attainable.

Jenny is a two-time Stephens Award winner for Outstanding City of Little Rock High Schools Teacher of the Year and continues to advocate for education that builds not only knowledge but confidence, identity, and hope.
